According to Section 14, the Commission may cancel such advertisement if the Judicial Council makes a written request to cancel such advertisement before conducting the examination stating that the post is not to be filled or the post is not required according to the advertisement published in accordance with Section 14.
(2) If there is any kind of irregularity in the center where the examination is conducted by the Commission or if there is any obstacle and the examination cannot be conducted partially or completely, the Commission may cancel the examination on the day of the open examination or partially or completely the examination of the related advertisement.
